This is an e-mail I received from from Carol Applegate, the friendly woman who had the vintage clothing sales at Jitterbugs’ Night Out two weeks ago as part of Cowtown Jamborama. She asked that I share. Gladly:
I’d like to say “Thank You” to all of you who stopped by ‘Carol’s Vintage Closet’ (the vintage sale) during this year’s Cowtown Jamborama. It was a lot of fun for both myself and my mother. Whether you just gave us a casual glance, browsed through, tried on or bought something, it was your enthusiasm that made all the work well worth it and enjoyable. It looks like we may do it again next year; although, I would like to know how all of you would feel if we held it at the Hotel instead of the dances.
