We’re a nonprofit that builds community and happiness through social swing dancing.

The Details

Omaha Jitterbugs provides affordable swing dance instruction and social dances that build community and spread joy. Serving more than 150 adults and children each week, Omaha Jitterbugs improves mental and physical health, teaches social skills, and fosters personal expression.

A nonprofit arts organization founded in 2000, it runs Jitterbugs’ Night Out weekly, provides educational programs for all ages, and hosts regional events, featuring national instructors and music acts.
