Jazz on the Green at Joslyn Art Museum starts Thursday, July 5th, and continues every Thurdsay night through August 23rd. Performances start at 7pm; the lawn is available for setting up blankets and so forth at 4pm. Dates that have the greatest potential for swing dancing are July 19th, with the Omaha Jazz Orchestra, July 26th, with the Mezcal Brothers, and August 9th with Susie Thorne and friends. The Omaha Jitterbugs will be collecting donations on the night for Joslyn on the night the Mezcal Brothers perform…so come early and wear your Omaha Jitterbugs shirts!
