Tired after the second song? 200BPM exhaust you? It's time to quit the gym and come workout with us. This class will focus on building flexibility, strength, and stamina all using the greatness that swing dancing already provides. Brian Langbehn will lead us in carido, streching, and muscle building exercises. It will be helpful to know Charleston basic, 6 and 8 count rhythms, and connection fundamentals.
