Swing Fit! (starting 7/17/17)

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Monday, happening 4 times
Level 3 (but we engourage ALL levels to come) • This four-week class will be aerobic and fun. Swing focused – Fitness focused.
Tired after the second song? 200BPM exhaust you? It’s time to quit the gym and come workout with us!!!
This class will focus on building flexibility, strength, and stamina all using the greatness that swing dancing already provides. Brian Langbehn will lead us in carido, streching, and muscle building exercises. It will be helpful to know Charleston basic, 6 and 8 count rhythms, and the fundamentals of connection.
Safety comes first- don’t wear slippery shoes or spandex. Sweatbands are welcome. Bring water and if ya have one, a yoga mat. Oh yes and a small towel and an extra dry shirt might come in handy too.
